Rice University is expected to haul in their usual annual stellar class that includes Cy Ranch Munstangs’ Leon Byrd, Kempner’s Connor Teykl, Memorial’s Beau Rathjen, The Woodlands’ Kevin McCanna, Klein Oak’s Dustin Theis, St Thomas’ Hunter Kopycinski, & Episcopal’s Blake Fox.
Coach Whitting and the University of Houston is expected to land their own stellar class that includes; St Pius’ Kyle Kirk, Spring’s Jeremy Kivel, Alvin’s Jacob Campbell, Cy Fair’s Avain Rachal, LaPorte’s Josh Valdez, & Dekaney’s Jarrett Irvin.
Coach Moon and the HBU Huskies are expected to land a couple blue chippers in Kingwood’s Stoney Moore, & Katy’s Cameron Friess.
Further on up the road in Huntsville Coach Pierce is expected to land an exciting and very talented class including; Tomball’s Spence Rahm, Defending State Champion Brazoswood’s Dalton Perry, Atascocita’s Jaun, & Romeo Cortina, & Kingwood’s Cordell Castleberry.
Baylor is expected to land three H5AB standouts this week including; Memorial’s Drew Tolson, Memorial’s Ben Carl, & The Woodlands’ Mitchell Price.
In Fort Worth Coach Schlossnagle must be giddy with his haul out of Houston 5A where he is expected to land some of the best talent Houston has to offer including; Memorial’s Boomer White, Pasadena Memorial’s Kody Eaves, Houston Christian’s Brian Trieglaff, & Mitchell Traver, St thomas’ Austin Fairchild, Klein Oak’s Travis Hennessey, & A&M Consolidated’s Riley Ferrell.
The University of Texas will sign one of the most impressive classes in the coming days that is expected to include; Klein Collins CJ Hinojosa & Austin Dean, Dawson’s Travis Duke, Ball’s Billy Williams, Willis’ Holden Helmink, & Courtney Hawkins from the 2010 State Champion Carroll Tigers.
Texas A&M is hauling in a stellar class of their own; expected to sign are, Barbers Hill’s Grayson Long, Tomball’s Rex Hill, Taylor’s Drew Featherston, Langham Creek’s & Ryan Rand.
Out west the Red Raiders of Texas Tech are expected to sign Klein’s Jonathon Tripp, & New Braunfels’ Ralph Garza.
Texas State is expected to sign Kingwood’s Jack Finnegan, & defending State Champion Brazoswood’s Justin Dellinger.
A&M Corpus Christi will ink a few Houston 5A standouts including; Klein Oak’s Nolan Holland, Clear Creek’s Tanner Griggs, & The Woodlands’ Clayton Davis.
Dallas Baptist is expected to ink a couple H5AB standouts including; FBCA’s Caulin Cragle, & Cy Fair’s Robert Guthrie.
Stephen F Austin is expected to sign Klein’s Blake Rhodes.
